Land Between is a 26 year old retired chestnut broodmare. She has classic race horse breeding from the old days.
Her grandfather on her dam's side was the great Damascus. Land Between was also a formidable racer having raced 55 times between October 1988
and January 1991! She hit the board almost 50% of the time and earned nearly $200,000 which in today's dollars would have made her nearly a millionaire.
Land Between raced primarily at Acqueduct (90% of the time) although she did post some races at Belmont and Saratoga.

Land Between, Cubanita, & Stevie: Our three senior ladies from the Banning Dispersal have landed softly
at the beautiful San Diego area ranch of Linda and Dale H. With over 40 acres, beautiful stalls and pastures, Linda & Dale have opened
their arms and their hearts to these kind and wise old girls. Being 26, 16, and 18-20, respectively,
these girls deserved a beautiful retirement with pastures to run in and carrots to munch on. Nothing will be expected of them and they
will be showered with love and bags of carrots as they spend their days beautifying Linda and Dale’s pastures.
