Moambe (Click here for Past Performances)

We have renamed this four year old gelding Rio. His girlfriend is a Morgan horse named Paris and the two are inseparable and now live in the same paddock. Moambe raced 11 times in the Northern California circuit and never managed to break his maiden. His earnings were under $5,000; of course, he only sold for $500 to begin with and is by the little known sire Ambe.

Rio is a gorgeous dark bay, almost black horse. He has a knee problem and is currently suffering from bad feet but we fully expect he will recover with the proper rest time.
