Rusty

"Rusty" -- that's what we call this elderly thoroughbred at Paddington Station. We know he raced for he is tattooed. We know he is approximately 30 years old. We know he had a very rough life until he found the green pastures in Mendocino County where he will spend his remaining days. We are trying to identify him in order to know his background story. We cannot read the first letter of the tattoo and the other numbers may be x17362 or xx7302. The most legible numbers are 7, 3, 2. If anyone can help us we would be most appreciative.
