Tresor La Vie (Click here for Past Performances)

This seven year old gelding has gone through a lot in his life that has included a career as a race horse, a long rehabilitation which required surgery, nine months of dressage training and a try at another comeback to racing which was not successful. His owners have never given up on him even though he has been a very costly horse and even now are still caring for him at the Double Bar S Ranch in Moreno Valley.

Tresor is a big boy, at 16.2 hands and can be a worrier. Therefore, he does better in an open pasture than being confined to a stall. In fact, since he's been moved away from the track he has become a whole new fella. Most of his worrying was caused by the stress and demands of track life that affects many horses unfavorably. Tresor is a very loving horse and will literally will wrap his head around you with joy when he is being groomed. He is kind and sweet and responds to treats and attention.

Tresor is in need of his own person who will treat him with the respect that he deserves. He responds well to kindness and patience.

Good news on sweet Tresor. He has been adopted out as a riding horse and will reside in the mountains of Bishop, CA!
